Dental Technician

Customer Service

Delivery Driver

O’Brien Customer Service Route Representatives are the face of our company and we always strive to put our best face forward. Not just a delivery driver, the O’Brien Rep moves product to and from dental offices on an assigned route, while delivering exceptional customer service, before, during and after the customer’s basic requirements are met. Reps are friendly, attentive, and excellent communicators. Administrative

The primary function of administrative staff is to make sure the company runs smoothly and efficiently, day in and day out.  The O’Brien administrative staff member works behind the scenes.  They are the foundation, tasked with supporting those staff members who are involved in our company’s main business of manufacturing dental prosthetics. Positions include, shipping/receiving, production scheduling, accounts payable/receivable, and general clerical support.  Become a member of our awesome administrative support team.
Openings
Invoicing Clerk

Primary Job Duties:
The primary function of the Invoicing Clerk is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices. Additional office and customer service duties are also a part of this job.

Requirements:
Minimum one-year previous office/customer service experience preferred.
Operational knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs (excel, word, outlook).
Must be able to meet the following physical demands of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation: stand for extended periods of time with some walking throughout the work day, may occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills, consistently completing all assigned tasks by deadline.
Must be flexible and able to meet overtime demands with little or no notice.

Applicants must possess the following qualities:
The successful O’Brien Invoicing Clerk will be reliable, flexible, customer service oriented, and will demonstrate the drive to perform better today than yesterday.

Job Equipment:
Primarily use computer system to process and print customer invoices.
Other general office equipment (phone, fax, copier, scanner).

Employment Details:
Shift: 35+ hours per week / Mon-Fri / shift starts at 11:00 am and ends when the day’s work is completed
Starting Wage: $13.00/hr.

Dental Technician – Trainee

The primary job duty of the O’Brien dental technician is to complete assigned production steps in the manufacture of exceptional, custom dental prosthetics. The primary focus of the dental technician is to perform each job assignment with precision, meeting quality standards and production numbers. No prior experience is necessary. We train individuals who are interested in a long term career as a dental technician.

Requirements:

  • Must have willingness and flexibility to meet scheduling/work demands, including occasional overtime with little or no notice.
  • Consideration will be given to applicants who value teamwork, personal accountability, and who desire to be a constructive, productive, reliable member of the production team.
  • Must be able to work well with a variety of personalities, communicate effectively, and contribute to team success.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Work is performed in a production lab environment, from a sitting or standing position, repetitive hand/wrist motion, some walking. Minimal lifting/carry of items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Applicants must possess the following qualities:

  • Higher than average manual dexterity, fine motor skills and hand eye coordination.
  • Ability to discern slight variations in color.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines.
  • Willingness to follow precise instructions without variation.
  • Background in ceramics, jewelry making, and/or skills associated with arts and crafts activities will translate well to the job duties in this position.
  • Able to meet scheduling demands, attendance requirements, and work challenges with a can-do approach.

Job Equipment:

Equipment used may include a desktop sander, oven, belt grinder, small lathe, router, microscope, motorized handpiece, steamer, laser welder, boil out tank, butane torch, digital scanner, and computer.

Employment Details:

Shift: Full-Time / M-F / Shift start times vary by assignment
Starting Wage: $13.00/hr – introductory wage
