  • Dental Technician - Trainee
    Primary job duties:
    The primary job duty of the Dental Technician is to complete assigned processing steps in the manufacture of dental prosthetics. Dental Technicians in our denture department work as part of a highly skilled team to create top quality custom dentures. No prior experience is necessary - we will train.

    Key components to success in this position:
    Higher than average manual dexterity, fine motor skills and hand eye coordination.
    Good analytical skills with ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines.
    Willingness to follow precise instructions without variation.
    Skills associated with arts and crafts activities will translate well to the job duties in this position.
    Consideration will be given to applicants who value teamwork and personal accountability, and who desire to be a positive, productive, reliable member of our team.

    Minimum position requirements:
    Must have willingness and flexibility to meet scheduling/work demands, including overtime with little or no notice.
    Must be able to work well with a variety of personalities, communicate effectively, and contribute to team success.
    Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English.

    Equipment used to complete job tasks:
    Loops, sandblaster, scale, hand piece, lathe, laser welder, butane torch, steamer, boil out tanks. Work is performed in a production lab environment, climate controlled, mostly sitting at a lab workbench. Minimal walking and some reaching above shoulder is necessary.

    Employment details:
    Shift: Full-Time / M-F / Shift starts at 8:00am
    Starting Wage: $12.50/hr - introductory/training wage
