New Brand Evolution Signifies Commitment to “FOrward” Progress
Since our very first custom order for a full cast gold crown back in 1969, O’Brien has been an innovator within the industry. It began with our founder’s own ingenuity in the lab, where he developed new solutions on his own, irrespective of popular methods at the time. That same focus on innovation continues to this day: with the launch of a new patent-pending product, new web site features, new look, and a renewed commitment to equipping dentists with the high-quality restorations they need to do their best work.
But don’t worry! In continuing to look forward, we’re still holding on to the standards that built our reputation. We still go above and beyond when it comes to our customers, from the first phone call, to case planning, to standing by to ensure all goes well once the restoration is delivered. We’re also continuing our dedication to quality above all else: we’ll keep adopting and adapting the smartest and latest technology, without chasing trends. Much at O’Brien is staying the same …but we are sprucing up a few things.
Keeping in line with these values, we have some updates and innovations that we are thrilled to share with you:
• Breakthrough Methods. We’re never processing full and implant denture cases the same way again. Our patent-pending innovation for denture processing, HydroPak® uses 500 PSI of dynamic, directional, hydraulic pressure to yield a better-fitting, more durable product.
• Online Tools. We’re introducing our new case tracking system that allows customers to view orders and pay bills online. (But our support team still remains a phone call away.) We’re also regularly adding new content to our site—including a new video library—so dentists can easily gain insight into the technologies and methods we use.
• New Look. It’s not just our methods and technologies that we challenge to be better: our revamped website and logo are a nod to our commitment to being an adaptive leader in an ever-evolving industry.
• Renewed Commitment. Our new tagline, as seen below, doubles down on what is most important to us: Your success. It’s why we’re so dedicated to helping dental practices increase productivity and maintain high-quality products. Your success is our success. (We really mean that!)
Looking Forward to It
While these announcements currently have the O’Brien offices abuzz, we have plenty in store to keep up that momentum. Study clubs and lectures continue to be an area of investment for us. Owner and CDT Derrick Luksch will be hitting the lecture circuit again this year. We hope you find a chair.
The resources extend to our website, where we’ll regularly be adding more articles and videos that break down the latest breakthroughs in the industry. Back in the lab, we’ll continue to explore cutting-edge technologies as they emerge.
