Mike Wilson

Director of Customer Relations

In 1997 Mike was recruited by Mike O’Brien to assume a business development role for the company in the Portland area. Throughout the years, his role has expanded to involve various aspects of the customer interactions. He now divides his time meeting with customers and prospective customers, working with production managers to create product and service information pieces, attending dental conferences, and developing and coaching our route representatives. Learning the needs of the customer is vital to offering a high level of service and Mike has accomplished this by attending close to 3000 hours of continuing education. He attends multiple dental society meetings and is currently a member of seven study clubs including Tucker Gold, Seattle Study Club, and Spear Study Club. He has given presentations on indirect dental materials, shade communication, intra-oral photography, and CAD/CAM technology to a variety of audiences including OHSU, University of Washington, and the School of Dental Health Science at Pacific University.
