About Bryan Becker
Director of Customer Service, North
In 2000, Bryan began his career at O’Brien Dental Lab as a route representative in Portland. In this role, he often was the primary point of contact between our customers and the lab, both in transporting cases and in facilitating communication with production managers. Bryan excelled at customer service and later earned the position of supervisor of our Portland area route representatives. In this role, he ensures our teams maintain the highest standards of customer service. Additionally, Bryan’s extensive knowledge of our products, services and internal processes led to an expanded role with our customers that include introducing new product information, answering technical questions, taking in-office custom shades, and teaching intra-oral photography techniques. He represents O’Brien at study clubs, dental society meetings, continuing education courses, industry events and state dental conferences.
