O’Brien Dental Labs makes the following warranties specific to each of the products listed hereunder:

Nightguards and Splint Products: A three-month limited warranty for material breakdown or structural failures. This limited warranty shall not apply to problems attributable to or resulting from changes in patient preference, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Flexible Partials and Immediate Dentures: A one-year limited warranty for material breakdown or structural failures.  This limited warranty shall not apply to problems attributable to or resulting from changes in patient preference, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Conventional Dentures, Implant Retained/Supported Dentures, Metal Based Partials: A five-year limited warranty for material breakdown or structural failures.  This limited warranty shall not apply to problems attributable to or resulting from changes in patient preference, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Crown and Bridge Work: A five-year limited warranty for material breakdown, structural failures, or failure to match the stain indicated on the original prescription.  This limited warranty shall not apply to problems attributable to or resulting from underlying tooth decay, structural deterioration, changes in patient preference, or improper care.

Definitions, Exclusions, and Limitations for all warranties:

1. "Improper care" is defined as any care that deviates from the written care instructions provided by OBDL or the prescribing dentist.

2. OBDL does not warrant products against damage resulting from accidents, trauma, or use of teeth as tools (e.g., opening bottles, biting hard objects).

3. This warranty does not cover changes in product preference not articulated to OBDL before production begins.

4. OBDL does not modify or alter crown and bridge work originating from outside OBDL and assumes no liability for such products.

5. Any remakes due to insufficient or missing information on the original prescription are not covered by any warranties.

6. For implant parts, OBDL provides no additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. OBDL's warranty applies only to the crown and bridge work attached to the implant part.

7. Non-warranty replacements of implant abutments will incur additional charges.

All warranty claims shall follow this process:

1. Any warranty claims must include the following information: original prescriptionnumber, date of purchase, detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

2. OBDL reserves the right to examine the product in question before approving any warranty claim.

3. If a claim is approved, OBDL will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OBDL'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, AND OBDL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
