About Karli Luksch

A third-generation dental technician, Karli Luksch began her career at O’Brien Dental Lab in 1997, where she received comprehensive in-house training in dental ceramics and fixed prosthodontics. Rising through the technical ranks, she became lead technician specializing in complex, high-esthetic restorative cases, building a reputation for precision and creative problem-solving. 

Committed to continual growth in her craft, Karli pursued advanced education in esthetic dentistry and comprehensive prosthodontics, earning multiple master-level designations and completing specialized training focused on veneers, ceramics, and functional smile design. 

In 2010, Karli stepped into the role of Director of Operations, guiding technical standards, materials, technician development, and day-to-day operations across the lab. Her leadership has helped shape O’Brien’s modern blend of advanced technology and handcrafted excellence, always centered on patient outcomes and doctor partnerships. 

Following a thoughtfully planned ownership transition, Karli became owner of O’Brien Dental Lab in 2026, carrying forward the lab’s legacy of quality, integrity, and innovation while leading it into its next chapter. 

With nearly three decades of hands-on experience, Karli remains deeply involved in both craftsmanship and mentorship, ensuring every restoration reflects the care, precision, and artistry that define the O’Brien Difference.
