Alyssa Pen

Team Leader, Customer Experience

Alyssa has been with O’Brien since 2011, starting just four days after graduating from Philomath High School. Alyssa started as a part time packaging clerk before bouncing between several roles in the front office and customer service. Always eager to help out wherever she could, Alyssa quickly became the go to person for getting things done. On the phone, customers took note of her cheery disposition and ‘can do’ attitude. In 2016 Alyssa took on a management role for our customer service and front office staff.
